I received a commission from the World Monuments Fund to photograph Belfast’s Assembly Rooms in 2024, for inclusion on their celebrated list of 25 world monuments to watch .. a diverse list of historic buildings, ancient water systems, even featuring the moon!
The Assembly rooms were first constructed in 1786 but currently lies dormant, a sad reminder of a land grab by Developers with no regard for the city’s heritage.
There is hope that a group of campaigners can bring the building to use as a Museum of the Troubles
